Introducing myself...

Nolandi completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from the University of Pretoria in 2006, which was followed by a community service year at Mamelodi Hospital in 2007. She resides in Pretoria and has two hospital-based practices in Zuid-Afrikaans Hospital and The Heart Hospital respectively. Her private practice is in Hatfield next to Hatmed Medical Centre.

As dietician, Nolandi’s main focus lies on assisting patients with Diabetes Mellitus, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, PCOS, Insulin Resistance, Hypertension, High Cholesterol, Weight Loss or gain, and Post Cardiovascular Surgery. She educates and informs patients in terms of their eating habits and on how to make informed decisions regarding nutrition.

Nolandi believes in providing individual attention and assistance to address personal needs, rather than a generic solution. She maintains that knowledge to empower nutritional decisions has successful results and she is therefore keen to share her scientific knowledge during consultations.

Nolandi’s practice is in close conjunction with the doctors, physicians, cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons and diabetic specialists from the Heart Hospital and Zuid-Afrikaans Hospital as well as general practitioners from the Hatfield area.

Nolandi regularly attends short courses, workshops and seminars in order to gain knowledge from the newest research in the field of dietetics.
